• When you enquire or reserve — the details you enter in the contact form (name, email, project type, message) or a reservation (name, email, phone, city, the pieces you reserved, and any notes). We only collect what you choose to send.
• Privacy-friendly analytics — aggregated, anonymised usage and performance data via Vercel Analytics. It uses no advertising cookies and does not identify you.

Only to respond to your enquiry or reservation, to plan and deliver work you ask us about, and to understand and improve the site. We do not sell your information and we don't use it for advertising.

Only the providers that help us run the site and reply to you — our host (Vercel) and, where enabled, our email provider (Resend). They process data on our behalf, not for their own purposes.

We keep enquiry and reservation details for as long as needed to respond and carry out any work — and no longer than necessary.

You can ask what we hold about you, or ask us to correct or delete it, at any time — just email hello@thatonewwall.com.

We don't use marketing or tracking cookies. Only the essentials needed for the site to work may be set.
